The Breakfast Club has been running for 13 years and has gone from strength to strength. We currently have a healthy membership of 23 businesses, some of whom have built their businesses through membership of the Breakfast Club. “Since I started my business 18 years ago I was forever being told that the most cost effective method of marketing is ‘word of mouth’ and personal recommendation yet I didn’t start networking until a few years ago when I joined the breakfast club. Membership of the breakfast club has helped me to grow my business through referrals from other members, it has also helped me to grow as a person. I used to suffer from a fear of public speaking and lacked communication skills in social situations. A combination of hypnotherapy and the opportunity to practice every week in front of the other members of the club has boosted my self-esteem and given me the confidence to promote myself.
